Burnout is a common challenge many people face,
yet it often remains a topic of debate and even ridicule.
If you've been through numerous medical tests, tried various supplements and exercise programs, participated in sleep studies, and completed the DASS questionnaire countless times without seeing a change in your experience, you're not alone.
It's easy to start feeling like there must be something deeply wrong with you. However, burnout is not a new phenomenon — it was first written about by Dr. Herbert J Freudenberger in 1972, making it over 50 years old.
When left unaddressed, burnout can lead to a range of issues, from loss of earning capacity and career to relationships and confidence. It can even contribute to major mental and systematic health disorders.
Burnout is more than just feeling stressed; it's about the relationship you have with your work. This is why traditional treatments often fall short because the initial advice is typically to stop working — an approach that may not be the best solution for everyone.
For over a decade, I've been working with people to recover from burnout, and what sets this program apart is its focus on addressing the relationship individuals have with their work.
It's not about blaming your job or yourself; it's about recognizing that the current relationship isn't working and needs to change — a change that is not only possible but achievable.

Please note that this isn't a nutrition or exercise program. It's a coaching program designed to empower you to take control of your work-life, allowing you to re-engage with your work in a healthy and sustainable way.

**How the Program Works:**
This is a 12-week program with weekly sessions conducted online via Zoom. Before starting, you'll be asked to meet with your GP to ensure there are no pressing medical issues. Throughout the program, you'll receive written resources and activities to guide you.

The total cost of the program is $6600 AUD, and we are open to discussing payment plans that suit your needs.
